Tactile technology helps students through physical interactions, which as well benefits those who learn best by doing it.
Gaming technology helps make learning more fun and motivating for students ! In ways such as actively participating in class. These are two strategies I believe would help benefit each student and as well challenge them by becoming fun!
ABCmouse
ABCmouse is an online educational program designed for children from the ages 2-8 years old. It has games based upon learning subjects such as reading, math, science and art. ABCmouse. This tool is perfect for little ones to learn their alphabet, practice counting and learning shapes, and even their colors.
The curriculum provides many different games such as puzzles, virtual books, videos and printable activities. The children are able to decorate their own avatar, and as well receive the award of currency also referred to as "tickets" after every game. With the currency they are able to purchase items from the Shopping Center.
BrainPOPjr.
BrainPOPjr. is an animated educational platform for children from K-3rd grade. It provides fun learning videos and games for children to interact. It also has quizzes for children to take after a video, either as a whole class or on their own. The videos and games are based upon the subjects math, reading, and science.
BrainPOPjr. helps children improve on critical thinking and asking questions without becoming to overwhelmed. It also provides hands-on activities through videos that you can implement into the classroom.
